• Location: Watkinsville
• Hours: Part-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 - 2:00 or 8:00 - 3:00
• Pay: Starting at $25+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other credentials/education)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data to track meaningful progress
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
• Support clients through challenging behaviors with professionalism
• Provide services in homes, schools, and clinic settings

What You Bring

• Active RBT certification
• CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals in a variety of settings
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism
