Clinic Coordinator

Description

Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-centered Clinic Coordinator to support smooth daily clinic operations. This role serves as a key connection point between departments, helping ensure efficient workflows, excellent patient experiences, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, problem solver, and team motivator who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Support daily clinic operations
• Assist with patient/staff issue resolution
• Supervise assigned staff & approve timesheets
• Manage supplies, vendors, and invoices
• Help coordinate provider schedules
• Organize meetings, trainings, and staff events
• Prepare and update documents, policies, and forms
• Support community events and partnerships
• Travel to other clinic sites as needed

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive starting wages based on experience and qualifications. 
• Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and Friday - 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Current vaccination record meeting ACIP Healthcare Worker standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Direct Patient Care, Indirect Patient Care, or Social Wellness.
• 1 year of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
• 1 year of experience in an FQHC environment.
• Project Management or Technical Communication certificate.
