The Summer 2026 Internship program at Vevo is a paid opportunity designed for qualified students to gain hands-on experience while learning about the media and entertainment industry.
The internship will provide an opportunity to support the Music and Talent team with artist and label relations, booking, and programming, while gaining experience in editorial and growth strategy across our network and Connected TV.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Organize booking calendars and shoot schedules across our studios in NY, LA, and London
- Participate in weekly booking and music meetings to stay updated on the music landscape
- Attend label calls to understand label priorities
- Pitch artists for Vevo original content and facilitating approvals to get content live
- Provide global artist updates by researching international artists, TikTok charts, Billboard charts, Spotify charts, etc.
- Assist with the organization of Vevo merch in our NYC studios
- Help talent team during studio shoots
- Regularly update and maintain comprehensive tracking documents, such as Excel spreadsheets or shared digital logs, to reflect the most current departmental progress
- Dedicate time to monitoring any copyright takedowns across YouTube
- Assist with monitoring and tracking of Direct Upload content
- Build YouTube playlists as well as programming blocks for Vevo’s Connected TV product
This describes you:
- Up-to-date knowledge of current music trends across emerging and established artists
- A strong passion for music, particularly live performances
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying Vevo's vision to artists, labels, managers, etc.
- Interest in on-set experience and learning about live production and audio
Requirements:
- Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Desire to pursue a career in the media industry
- 30 hours per week June 8th - July 31, 2026
The pay range for this position is $20 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
This part-time, hybrid position requires interns to work on-site at least three times per week.
