In this role you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to help ensure that compensation practices are accurate, equitable and data-driven. The Compensation Specialist, will play a key part in administering the Miller annual compensation cycles, supporting pay equity compliance, and delivering strong compensation analytics to enhance decision-making across the HR function.

The salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 per annum.
