Role
Overview
The Program Manager –
Marketing supports and executes GTM initiatives across Skilling programs in India.
The role is centred on partner-led marketing, working closely with institutions
and ecosystem partners, managing marketing and PR agencies, and driving social
media and event-based activations to support platform growth.
This is a hands-on role for
a marketing professional who brings strong execution discipline, partner
coordination experience, and comfort operating across multiple channels and
stakeholders.
Key
Responsibilities
Campaign & Partner
Marketing Execution

Execute GTM initiatives
through institutional and ecosystem partners including universities,
training centers, associations, and government programs

Act as the owner and expert
for through-partner marketing, enabling partners with playbooks, assets,
and localized campaigns

Manage partner timelines,
commitments, follow-ups, and execution quality across programs
Social Media & Events

Plan and execute
program-led social media initiatives aligned to GTM priorities in India
along with the Digital Marketing team

Drive event-based marketing
including webinars, orientation sessions, workshops, roadshows, and
ecosystem events in collaboration with partners and field teams

Track performance of social
and event channels and optimize based on outcomes
Platform Growth &
Operations

Support user onboarding,
activation, and engagement journeys through partner channels and CRM-led
communication (email, WhatsApp, in-platform)

Collaborate with product,
growth, and triage teams to track conversions and funnel movement

Maintain structured
trackers and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering campaigns,
partners, agencies, social, events, and PR performance
Content & Collateral

Coordinate development of
localized marketing assets including partner kits, decks, brochures,
landing pages, social creatives, and event collateral.

Ensure brand consistency
across partner, agency, and media-facing communication
Skills
& Experience
-
3-6 years of experience in
marketing, program management, or GTM execution roles
-
Background in EdTech,
skilling, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is a strong advantage
-
Strong project management
and stakeholder coordination skills
-
Comfortable with CRM
workflows, UTMs, dashboards, and performance reporting
