Role
Overview:
As a
Business
Development Associate – Training Centers
, you’ll focus on building
partnerships with academia, vocational high schools, and training centers to
ensure a steady pipeline of job-ready graduates.
Key
Responsibilities:

Build Training Center
Partnerships
:
-
Identify, research, and
approach potential academic and training partners.
-
Present our program, influence
decision-makers, and onboard them into the Wadhwani Skilling Network.

Ensure training centers are
aligned with our mission and equipped to deliver our programs
effectively.

Own the Partnership Funnel
:
-
Manage the entire partnership
process, from initial outreach to signing agreements.

Qualify potential partners to
ensure they’re the right fit for our mission and goals.

Drive Impact
:
-
Work towards KPIs that measure
the success of partnerships and the readiness of graduates.

Collaborate with the Learner
Success Team to ensure smooth handover post-agreement.

Leverage Data and Tools
:
-
Use CRM tools, project
management apps, and data dashboards to track progress and create
insightful reports.

Continuously improve processes
to make partnership development more efficient and effective.
Education
and qualifications:
-
A fresh graduate or
early-career professional (up to 2 years of experience) with a strong
internship background from reputable universities in Indonesia or abroad.

Analytical, self-motivated, and
driven to meet targets.

A natural problem-solver who
enjoys offering solutions and building relationships.

Representable, organized, and
skilled in project management.

Comfortable using technology
and productivity tools (CRM, project management apps, etc.).

Fluent in English and Bahasa
Indonesia.
