Inviting applications for the role of Insurance_Team Leader Credit Control_Assistant Manager_German_Hybrid Lisbon!
Responsibilities
•    Prepare pre- and post-month-end performance reports.
•    Maintain and develop agent scorecards to assess credit risk.
•    Analyze broker financial accounts regularly, record data, and manage payments within budget.
•    Develop and execute settlement strategies for complex credit control issues.
•    Negotiate complex credit control matters effectively.
•    Lead credit control projects with a focus on successful delivery.
•    Conduct file audits of team members to ensure adherence to technical and process standards.
•    Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
•    Oversee daily team performance, prioritize workloads, and ensure team accountability for defined goals.
•    Recruit, train, and coach team members, supporting their personal development and career planning while recognizing good performance.
•    Deliver, monitor, maintain, and improve the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Graduate or possess a professional qualification in a finance-related discipline.
•    Proficient in written and spoken French; Portuguese is advantageous.
•    Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels and clarify requirements.
•    Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach to driving solutions for the team, especially as it is being created from scratch.
•    Strong attention to detail in producing high-quality output under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications 
•    Good analytical skills for complex data analysis and effective decision-making in business or technical issues.
•    Personal drive to achieve personal goals and motivate others to achieve team goals.
•    Good leadership skills with experience in team and conflict management.
