Elaris Beauty Brand – Dubai Elaris is building a powerful beauty brand in Dubai. We are not just a salon. We are building a beauty brand, a media platform, and a content engine. We are looking for a high-level Head of Social Media who can turn our platforms into one of the most influential beauty pages in Dubai. If you know how to: * build an audience * create viral content * build trust * and convert followers into real clients this role is for you. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the full social media strategy * Grow and manage platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn * Design viral content concepts for Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos * Lead and coordinate the content creation team * Collaborate with beauty influencers and creators * Drive real salon bookings through social media campaigns * Analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy * Build a strong and recognizable brand presence online

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years social media management experience in Dubai * Experience in Beauty, Salon, Cosmetics, or Aesthetic brands * Proven ability to create viral short-form content * Experience growing accounts to large audiences * Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn algorithms * Experience working with beauty influencers and creators * Deep understanding of Dubai’s beauty and lifestyle market
