The role involves managing client accounts from strategy through execution, developing social media strategies, creating content, analyzing performance, and leading client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Developing monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Creating reels, carousels, captions, and story content
- Ensuring content aligns with each client’s brand and business goals
- Reviewing analytics and turning insights into smarter strategy
- Preparing monthly reports and leading client strategy calls
- Communicating regularly with clients via Slack and scheduled meetings
- Managing shifting priorities and the occasional last-minute request
- Collaborating with the CXA team while maintaining ownership of your accounts
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience with social media strategy and content planning
- 1+ years experience with copywriting and messaging
- 1+ years experience with analytics and performance reporting
- 1+ years experience with client communication
- 1+ years experience with content creation (reels, carousels, stories)
- 1+ years experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms
