The Phygital Relationship Manager (RM) is a key position within our branch banking team, focusing on high-net-worth individuals. By leveraging both in-person and digital channels, the RM will build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a personalized banking experience. This role is integral to our strategy of integrating physical and digital banking services, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering personalized banking solutions.
- Conduct in-person meetings, video calls, and telecalls to understand client needs and provide tailored advice.
- Acquire new clients and expand the bank's customer base through effective relationship management.
- Cross-sell liability and asset products, including loans and investment opportunities, to existing and new clients.
- Stay updated with market trends and financial products to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image through excellent service.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports and insights on client portfolios and market trends to senior management.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of liability and asset products, including loans and investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
