
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solar product portfolio by expanding the dealer and distributor network and building strong relationships with channel partners. The role involves field sales, dealer engagement, and market development to increase adoption of solar solutions.
Drive sales growth of solar products through dealer engagement, distributor training, and customer interactions.
Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar and electrical industry.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure the brand remains their preferred solar solution provider .
Conduct daily market visits (minimum 10 retail shops / dealers / distributors) to promote solar products.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation .
Convert leads into active dealers and channel partners .
Negotiate with dealers and distributors to position the company as their preferred solar brand .
Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.
Maintain 30-day stock availability with channel partners for smooth order fulfillment.
Track distributor stock movement and secondary / tertiary sales .
Update daily visits, leads, and sales activities in the company’s sales application.
Respond quickly to dealer queries and support requirements .
Conduct dealer training programs and meetings to improve product knowledge and trust.
Strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners to drive repeat business
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–5 years in Solar Sales / Channel Sales / Electrical Product Sales
Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with extensive field travel
Self-motivated, target-driven , and passionate about renewable energy
