FINE is seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that accelerate user acquisition and improve conversion rates. This role combines performance marketing, experimentation, and analytics to drive measurable growth outcomes while collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Build and manage a growth experimentation roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Continuously test new channels, messaging, and tactics to uncover scalable growth opportunities
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance including CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and funnel efficiency
- Allocate budgets strategically to maximize acquisition efficiency and ROI
- Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for conversion improvements
- Partner with product and design teams to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and website experiences
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign and funnel performance
- Develop lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and marketing automation platforms
- Create automated customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Track cohort performance and adjust strategies to reduce churn and improve customer lifetime value
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to measure marketing performance
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate growth insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Work closely with product teams to align growth initiatives with product development
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing marketing assets
- Partner with sales and revenue teams to improve lead quality and pipeline impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition channels and optimizing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Hands-on experience running A/B testing and experimentation programs
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies
- Experience with attribution modeling and advanced marketing analytics
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth channels
- Experience using BI or reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker
