Esphera Capital is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to lead the company's overall project management strategy and establish the Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves overseeing project portfolio management, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects, and enhancing project management capabilities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's overall project management strategy
- Establish and manage an enterprise-level Project Management Office (PMO)
- Develop project management processes, standards, and best practices
- Promote the application of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Manage the company's key and strategic project portfolio
- Prioritize projects and allocate resources appropriately
- Ensure projects align with the company's strategic goals
- Monitor project progress, cost, and quality
- Supervise the implementation and delivery of major projects
- Resolve key issues arising during project execution
- Ensure projects are completed on time and achieve their objectives
- Report project progress and results to senior management
- Lead project managers and project management teams
- Recruit, train, and develop project management talent
- Establish a team performance evaluation and goal management system
- Enhance the team's overall project management capabilities
- Identify and assess project risks
- Develop risk management and response strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related major)
- 20+ years of project management experience
- 10+ years of project team management experience
- Experience in managing large and complex projects
