Sager Electronics is a leading North American distributor specializing in interconnect, power, and electromechanical components. They are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to lead the brand's voice and vision, integrating branding, storytelling, and sales enablement to enhance the company's market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications & Brand Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to define and communicate the company's brand vision and go-to-market messaging. Translate business objectives into cohesive internal and external communication strategies. Ensure consistent brand alignment across all customer and employee touchpoints
- Integrated Marketing Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print and digital advertising, sales collateral, presentations, video content, content marketing, web content strategy, social media, public relations, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum impact
- Supplier & Co-Marketing Programs: Develop and oversee annual co-operative marketing initiatives. Collaborate with supplier marketing teams to execute strategic campaigns, manage advertising calendars, creative development, agency coordination, budgets, ROI tracking, and reporting
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a growing team of marketing specialists, coordinators, and external creative partners. Build scalable systems, processes, and editorial operations that support long-term growth and efficiency
- Budget & Performance Management: Own the marketing communications budget, establish KPIs, and analyze campaign effectiveness. Present insights and performance reports to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Internal Communications & Culture: Support leadership messaging and company-wide initiatives. Develop internal content and organize key corporate events to foster a positive and informed company culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, public relations, or content strategy, preferably within B2B, electronics, distribution, or manufacturing environments
