Direct client position-Technical Project Manager with experience in TSA services-Remote

Accion Labs is seeking experienced Technical Project Managers to oversee management and support services for Transitional Agreements in a large-scale IT divestiture. The role involves leading the execution of TSA services, managing contractual obligations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure service continuity and successful exit from TSA services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned TSA services
• Oversee contractual service commitments and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, security teams, and external vendors
• Proactively identify and manage risks impacting service continuity or TSA exit readiness
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans to ensure a clean and timely exit from TSA services
• Portfolio scope clearly defined and documented
• Execution plan built and baselined
• RAID log active and managed weekly
• Clear service performance tracking in place
• Exit milestones defined (for exit-focused TPMs)

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience in Transitional Services Agreements (TSA) services
• Ability to operate in a high-visibility, deadline-driven environment
• Accountability for a defined portfolio of TSA services
• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned TSA services
• Oversee contractual service commitments and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, security teams, and external vendors
