SnapX.ai is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant with extensive experience in compensation roles. The main purpose of this role is to provide expertise in executive compensation governance, regulatory requirements, and reporting cycles, while ensuring high attention to detail in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Must Have : 10+ years experience in Compensation roles with 7+ years in Executive Compensation within a public-company environment
- Strong understanding of executive compensation governance, regulatory requirements, and reporting cycles
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including modeling, scenario analysis, and data validation
- Ability to bring structure and rigor to complex, cross-functional work
- High judgment, discretion, and attention to detail when working with confidential information
- Good to have: Experience with shareholder engagement meetings focused on executive compensation topics
- Experience in Compensation Committee planning and preparation of materials
- Experience in public company disclosures and filings (e.g., proxy/CD&A, 10-K, 8-K)
- Nice to have: Experience in Fortune 100 publicly traded companies or compensation consulting firms
