Director Project Management

Corebay Group is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead their project management team. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Overall planning and management of multiple company projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation schemes
• Ensure projects are completed on time and achieve predetermined goals
• Supervise project budgets and cost control
• Supervise the work of project managers and project teams
• Resolve problems arising during project execution
• Track project progress and ensure projects proceed as planned
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Establish and optimize project management processes and standards
• Promote the application of project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Enhance the organization's overall project management capabilities
• Lead and manage the project manager team
• Recruit, train, and develop project management talent
• Establish team performance management and evaluation mechanisms
• Identify and assess project risks
• Develop risk mitigation and response strategies
• Ensure smooth project progress
• Coordinate and collaborate with product, R&D, operations, and marketing teams
• Ensure the rational allocation of project resources
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication and collaboration
• Report project progress to company management
• Provide project performance and risk analysis reports
• Ensure transparent and timely communication of project-related information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related major)
• 20+ years of project management experience
• 10+ years of project team management experience
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects
