Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready generative AI applications using Python and AWS Bedrock
- Implement advanced prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
- Integrate LLMs into SaaS applications to enhance automation, customer support, and analytics
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to architect and manage AWS-based infrastructure for cloud contact center solutions
- Automate deployments and implement CI/CD best practices to ensure reliability and scalability
- Ensure AI and cloud environments meet security, governance, and compliance standards
- Develop responsive web interfaces using ReactJS and NodeJS targeting AWS Lambda and containerized services
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven applications and infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Must be fully authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for visa sponsorship
- 4+ years of full-stack software development experience using Python, NodeJS, and ReactJS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI or LLM-based applications
- Direct experience with models such as OpenAI GPT (ChatGPT), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Proficiency with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Proven ability to design scalable architectures for AI workloads in cloud environments
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to code quality and maintainability
- Experience integrating generative AI applications into enterprise SaaS or contact center platforms
- Exposure to customer-facing deployments or professional services environments
- Familiarity with Genesys APIs, conversational AI, or agent-assist solutions
- Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and emerging AI model capabilities
