RAIS USA is a company focused on healthcare technology, and they are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in testing Healthcare Provider Portals and EDI integrations. The role involves testing applications, validating EDI transactions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards.
Responsibilities:
- Test provider portal applications and backend services
- Validate EDI transactions (270/271, 276/277, 837, 835)
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Validate data integrity and workflows in SQL databases
- Work closely with development teams to resolve defects
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data standards
Requirements:
- Experience in manual and API testing
- Knowledge of EDI X12 healthcare transactions
- Experience with Availity or healthcare clearinghouses
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Knowledge of FHIR / HL7 standard
