Epic Pharma is a Queens, NY Generic Pharma Company seeking an experienced Sales Manager for their OTC Category & Product Sales. The role involves driving category strategy, customer growth, and revenue expansion while serving as a strategic partner to retail customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & present data-driven category reviews leveraging syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen), POS data & market trends
- Build fact-based selling materials to support new item presentations & distribution expansion
- Partner with internal teams to align supply chain, marketing & finance with category initiatives
- Monitor category performance, competitive landscape & emerging OTC trends
- Own revenue, margin & distribution targets for assigned accounts
- Develop & execute joint business plans with retail partners
- Lead new item sell-in efforts & commercialization strategy
- Negotiate pricing, promotional programs & trade investments
- Forecast demand & partner with supply chain to ensure service levels
- Identify white space opportunities for growth within existing customers
- Drive execution excellence at retail
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of sales leadership experience
