We are seeking skilled and dependable
Commercial Handyman
Contractors
to support ongoing maintenance and repair tasks across our
commercial properties. This is a 1099 contractor position—ideal for
self-employed professionals or small teams offering multi-trade services. You
must be equipped, insured, and capable of working independently while
delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:

Perform
general repairs and maintenance in commercial settings, including
electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, door hardware, and
minor HVAC.

Complete
assigned work orders on time and communicate job status with the office or
property manager.

Inspect
buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Maintain
a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Provide
your own tools, transportation, and smartphone for job documentation and
communication.
Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience in commercial handyman or general contracting work.

Active
business license and liability insurance (minimum $1M preferred).

Own
reliable transportation and tools.

Strong
time management and communication skills.

Ability
to pass background check (if required).

to share contractor/vendor information for coordination and client
