We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
As the Principal Product Manager for FlashArray//ST, you will lead the multi-year vision for the world’s most demanding ultra-low-latency data storage platform. You are the architect of a market-winning strategy that transforms Tier-0 transactional workloads—like global payments and high-frequency trading—into seamless business outcomes. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Sales leadership, you will solidify our position as the undisputed performance leader, ensuring our most ambitious customers can scale without limits.
Define and Champion the Multi-Year Strategy: Own the roadmap for the FlashArray//ST NVMe-oF platform, creating clear differentiation against legacy arrays and custom servers to capture the Tier-0 database and SaaS market.
Translate Vision into System Reality: Convert complex customer feedback and telemetry into crisp requirements for hardware, Purity software, and host integrations, ensuring every feature release directly improves system performance, resiliency, and operational simplicity.
Accelerate Market Adoption and Revenue: Partner with key customers in financial services, healthcare, and tech to validate workload requirements (IOPS, latency SLOs) and turn early-stage POC wins into repeatable, scalable global sales playbooks.
Orchestrate the Product Lifecycle: Lead the platform through every stage—from initial concept and beta to growth and disciplined end-of-life transitions—balancing performance trade-offs with supply chain and operational excellence.
Codify Competitive Superiority: Establish the definitive "when and why" for choosing //ST over other systems, developing the configuration rules and observability tools that empower our field teams to win.
Expertise in Enterprise Systems: A proven track record of owning the full lifecycle of performance-critical infrastructure, such as Tier-0 storage, low-latency databases, or high-performance compute platforms.
Deep Technical Mastery: A sophisticated understanding of modern storage stacks (NVMe, NVMe-oF, RDMA) and the ability to navigate the trade-offs between flash media durability, RAID/erasure coding, and system throughput.
Workload-Centric Thinking: The ability to translate the demanding requirements of environments like Oracle, SAP HANA, and Kubernetes into concrete system-level SLAs for data protection and availability.
Strategic Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and senior architects, using data-driven insights (telemetry and benchmarks) to drive investment trade-offs.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
