The Local Support Team
is looking for a passionate and experienced Module Lead Engineer to join
our dynamic team supporting the development of next-generation EV. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead and
representative for the powertrain and thermal modules throughout the product
development lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful
design, integration, and validation of powertrain systems, while meeting
stringent technical standards and project deadlines. Your work will directly
contribute to advancing EV technology and ensuring high-quality production in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Integrate and test modules (BIW/Chassis/Interior/Exterior/Powertrain) according to project requirements and technical standards.
Collaborate closely with R&D,
production, and quality control teams to ensure module synchronization,
production efficiency, and quality compliance
Support production line operations to
ensure smooth workflow, adherence to production schedules, and timely
delivery of components.
Monitor and maintain component quality
standards, working closely with suppliers and quality teams to promptly
resolve any issues.
Oversee testing processes, analyze
results, and propose engineering solutions to resolve technical issues
during prototype build and production
Validate 2D and 3D drawings and support
on-site manufacturing in the production line.
Implement internal VF processes and
prepare weekly reports for line managers.
Participate in training and technical
guidance for team members and related departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics,
Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Automotive
Proven hands-on experience with VCU
& CCU.
Strong expertise in Model - Based development,
CAN/LIN.
