About this role
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (summary)
Provide admin support: emails, calls, correspondence.
Maintain schedules, payroll, inventory logs, vendor communication.
Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and follow up on action items.
Monitor and track inventory; coordinate with procurement.
Prepare operational, sales, and inventory reports.
Assist with financial transactions (invoices, POs, receipts).
Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, payroll submission.
Assist onboarding and training coordination.
Maintain filing systems and operational documents.
Support events, promotions, and special projects.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle admin tasks to support smooth F&B operations.
Requirements
Education:
SHS / Bachelor’s degree (required)
Preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Work Experience:
1–2 years admin or clerical experience (preferably F&B/hospitality)
Experience with scheduling, document prep, data entry
Familiarity with F&B operations is a plus
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of POS or inventory systems is a plus
Strong organization, communication, time management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality
Ability to coordinate with staff, vendors, and management
