
Job Overview
The role of the Mental Health Psychometrician is essential in empowering both individuals and organizations through precise psychological assessment and meaningful interpretation of results. This position ensures that data collected from clients is handled with the utmost integrity and confidentiality, transforming outcomes into insights that facilitate personal growth and enhance workplace wellness.
In addition to conducting individual assessments, the Psychometrician collaborates in facilitating group interpretation sessions for corporate clients, aiding teams in understanding and applying findings in ways that bolster collaboration, resilience, and overall performance.
This role also offers technical expertise to Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and specialized teams, thereby contributing to clinical research initiatives and promoting evidence-based practices. At its essence, this position serves as a bridge between scientific inquiry and human experience, rendering psychological data not only accessible but also actionable, ultimately supporting both individual well-being and organizational success.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Conduct intake interviews and write Case summary reports
2. Administer and interpret psychological tests
Scoring and interpretation
Conduct individual and group test interpretation of objective tests
Oversees the checking, scoring, and encoding of tests (maybe done paper-and-pencil or online).
Adapt the administration of test to the specific needs of each patient while staying within the standardized procedures set forth for each specific test.
Provide a written summary of the patient’s behavior during testing, including interactions with collateral interviews that may be observed incidentally.
Assists psychologists in screening at risk of developing psychological problems by using psychological tests.
2. Administrative Support and Case Management
Prepares test materials to be used for testing in-person/ virtual
Manages the schedule of testing, confirming appointments, assist in maintaining patient files, and Disseminates testing schedule and testing requirements
Participate in case discussions and write progress notes in the client’s records
Review and ensure timeliness, accuracy, availability, and security of information obtained from clients.
Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Understands, adheres to, and models of Core Standards as defined organizationally specifically within the department/unit and professional ethical principles.
Attend training conferences offered by the department as well as by outside organizations as continuing professional development
3. Research and Data Management Support
Monthly prepares profile reports of clients based on the tests administered.
Assist/Facilitate/Conduct special groups sessions and lectures/seminars to clients
Generates data on the nature and the extent of services provided to clients
Prepares the template for encoding various student related data.
Oversees the checkers in encoding tests data and other information needed for possible
Assists psychologists and counselors in identifying and collecting data for research.
Provides customized, statistical and psychometric analysis support for test and development and research
4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Section Lead or authorized representatives.
5. Report Onsite with provision of WFH

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology with focus on Clinical
Registered and Valid Licensed Psychometrician
With a 2-3 years' full time work experience on the following:
- Test administration and interpretation
- Data gathering and analysis
