Rehabilitation and Retraining Advisor

• Temporary Full Time up to 2 April 2027 (A Talent Pool will be created to fill roles which become available over an 18 month period)
• Clerk Grade 7/8
• Package up to $142,492 pa. Package includes salary range ($113,574 pa to $125,720 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
• Greenacre - Hybrid working arrangement 

About the role:      

The Rehabilitation and Retraining Advisor is responsible for managing rehabilitation and retraining programs to support injured employees with internal and/or external redeployment. The role involves comprehensive case management, strategic advice, and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate smooth rehabilitation and compliance with relevant legislation and NSW Government guidelines including the NSW Workers Compensation legislation and Crown Employees (Fire and Rescue NSW Firefighting Staff Death and Disability) Award (D&DA).

About you:

• You will have experience with managing employees requiring vocational redeployment 
•  Experience in providing case management for injured workers with complex issues

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience
