is seeking a highly skilled
Senior SAP PP Consultant (Production Planning)
with strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP processes. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth functional knowledge of
Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO
modules. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of
SAP PP module
to support business processes.

Conduct
requirement gathering workshops
with business stakeholders and document functional specifications.

Perform system
configuration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and defect resolution
.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO).

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver
enhancements, custom developments, and process automation
.

Provide
production support
and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact.

Assist in
data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support
.

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to business users.

Stay updated with the latest SAP PP innovations,
S/4HANA capabilities
, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience
, including at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations.

Strong expertise in
Master Data Management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions)
.

Deep understanding of
MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Order Execution
.

Experience in
S/4HANA PP and PP-DS
is highly preferred.

Knowledge of
MES integration, Variant Configuration, and Batch Management
is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a
remote global delivery model
.
Preferred

certification in Production Planning

Experience in
Pharma, Automotive, or FMCG industries

Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
