Job Purpose
The MIS Coordinator is responsible for managing and analyzing operational data within the Banking Division to support business performance monitoring, reporting accurately, and strategic decision-making. This role ensures timely preparation of management reports, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and effective coordination with operational teams to maintain accurate and reliable data.
Key Responsibilities
à Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to banking operations, sales performance, and transactions.
à Collect, compile, and verify data from branches, kiosks, sales teams, and operational units.
à Monitor and track staff productivity, sales targets, and operational performance within the banking division.
à Maintain and update databases, reporting templates, and dashboards for management review.
à Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
à Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports submitted to management.
à Provide performance reports and insights to support decision-making by senior management.
à Coordinate with operations, finance, and business teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
à Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
à Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of MIS reports for audit and compliance purposes.
à Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate data management systems.
à Ensure confidentiality and security of banking and customer-related operational data.

à Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).

Qualifications & Experience
à Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
à 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in banking, financial services, telecom banking, or operations reporting.
à Experience in performance reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation is preferred.
