Job Title: Program NVH Specialist

Function/Department NVH Centre-Testing &validation

Work Location Riyadh -Onsite

Regular Day Shift (Sunday to Thursday)

Job Summary

The Onsite Program NVH Lead is responsible for vehicle-level NVH performance and issue resolution while working closely with cross-functional teams, CAE groups, and suppliers. This role is onsite-facing and focuses on CAD design review, feasibility assessment, and recommendation, without executing detailed CAD design changes. The position provides technical leadership to ensure NVH targets are achieved within program cost and timing constraints.

Technical Skills & Role Responsibilities

• Identify and manage key vehicle issues, leading cross-functional resolution efforts and involving all necessary resources independently.

• Lead the program content/design options to achieve target status and identify mitigation plans to meet vehicle targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and NVH core teams to deliver timely resolutions for cross-system vehicle concerns.

• Troubleshoot program NVH concerns effectively, leading stakeholder involvement for resolution.

• Make decisions on trade-off strategies between attribute targets and cost for all issues.

• Cascade and follow up on NVH requirements with cross-functional teams.

• Quantify required CAE load cases, performance, and cost for issue resolution, presenting clear and objective, data-driven assessments of alternatives.

• Provide design recommendations and ensure team alignment on CAE results and next steps.

• Coordinate NVH subject matter experts and cross-functional teams effectively to resolve issues.

• Lead the program NVH by collaborating with MGLs and suppliers on design iterations and solutions.

• Escalate technical issues promptly and effectively, taking leadership of 5D/ClickUp/IRS to resolve open issues within the required timeframe.

• TPA analysis is mandatory.

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in NVH testing, with prior exposure to or understanding of NVH simulations.
