Job Description

Skills and Job Description:

• Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.
• Design and development of hydraulic products – Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications
• Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications
• Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications
• Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
• Good knowledge in
  • Problem solving methods and solutioning.
  • Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products
  • Design of Spools for Control valves
  • GD&T, tolerance Stack up
• Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Added advantage: -Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection

Tools required:

• Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech(Mechanical)
