AllianceIT Inc is seeking a Workday Business Analyst to assist with internal projects related to Workday Procurement. The role requires strong project management skills, communication abilities, and experience with test script writing and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist internal projects related to Workday Procurement
- Build project timelines and ensure deadlines are being met
- Work effectively with stakeholders
- Write test scripts, coordinate testing, participate in testing, and track test progress
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst at a major company
- Strong Project Management skills with ability to drive complex projects and teams
- Workday expertise, including implementations, testing, and Supplier Onboarding & Connections
- Workday Procure to Pay knowledge and project experience
- Testing - need to know how to create, manage, and report on test scripts
- Smartsheet expertise, setting this tool up for a large company and their PMO function
- Experience in technology and/or media industry is a plus
