Workday Business Analyst

AllianceIT Inc is seeking a Workday Business Analyst to assist with internal projects related to Workday Procurement. The role requires strong project management skills, communication abilities, and experience with test script writing and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist internal projects related to Workday Procurement
• Build project timelines and ensure deadlines are being met
• Work effectively with stakeholders
• Write test scripts, coordinate testing, participate in testing, and track test progress

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst at a major company
• Strong Project Management skills with ability to drive complex projects and teams
• Workday expertise, including implementations, testing, and Supplier Onboarding & Connections
• Workday Procure to Pay knowledge and project experience
• Testing - need to know how to create, manage, and report on test scripts
• Smartsheet expertise, setting this tool up for a large company and their PMO function
• Experience in technology and/or media industry is a plus
