ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support their Global Business Acceleration team in delivering high-quality data solutions. This role involves ensuring data integrity through extraction, mapping, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create reports and data extracts from variety of external systems
- Map raw data from source to target into standardized data model
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure integrity of data
- Research data issues and provide recommendations on solutions
- Document requirements, processes and procedures, where needed
- Make recommendations to improve existing systems and processes; design new processes to meet the needs of the business
- Evaluate the performance of existing data and propose updates where needed
- Act as lead subject matter expert on projects and large-scale data initiatives
- Act as liaison between technical and non-technical resources
- Partner with internal and external teams to execute on new client implementations
- Attend client facing meetings to understand data requirements
- Work with both internal teams and clients to develop and document requirements and complete deliverables accurately and on time
- Design & develop, where needed, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support data ingestion and processing from variety of disparate data sources
- Work closely with delivery team and clients during implementation phase of the project
- Learn 3rd party vendor application tools to maintain data quality & update data models, as needed for client engagements
- Act as first escalation point for end users to resolve any data issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with Product Manager to support roadmap execution and change management
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in all aspects of data management: source, extract, transfer, model/configure, validate, automate
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in data-related field, or comparable experience/certifications
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouse environment & Visier Embedded Analytics
- Familiarity with HR data metrics or experience in HR or people analytics
- Experience with AI-supported data analytics & applications
