Accion Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager responsible for owning and driving the resolution of service incidents and operational issues within the TSA services. The role involves managing escalations, ensuring service continuity, and coordinating across various teams and vendors in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage service incidents, escalations, and chronic issues across assigned TSA services
- Actively resolve 'gray zone' ownership gaps between engineering, operations, security, vendors, and NewCo/RemainCo teams
- Drive clarity on scope, RACI, and accountability where responsibilities are ambiguous
- Coordinate incident triage, rootcause analysis, and remediation planning
- Ensure incidents are managed in line with contractual SLAs and TSA obligations
- Maintain strong RAID discipline, escalating risks early and factually
- Provide executiveready status updates on incidents, trends, and systemic risks
- Partner closely with exit planning TPMs to ensure incidents do not jeopardize TSA exit milestones
Requirements:
- 6–12+ years as a Technical Project / Program Manager in enterprise IT environments
- Proven experience managing production incidents, service continuity, and escalations
- Strong background operating in contractual, SLA driven, or regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high pressure situations
- Experience coordinating across applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, and vendors
- Comfortable holding teams accountable and driving decisions—not just facilitating discussions
