Brooksource is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the development and deployment of a restricted web presence and content management system for a government agency. This role involves business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of web and content management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Review project artifacts and deliverables for quality, completeness, and timeliness
- Prepare status reports, feedback reports, and project communications for stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate client review sessions and SME feedback meetings
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements and user stories
- Support user testing and project validation activities
- Develop process documentation, reports, and implementation materials
- Create training materials and knowledge transfer documentation for content editors
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are translated into actionable deliverables
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and systems development environments
- 1+ years of experience managing projects or large-scale user testing initiatives
- Experience using AI tools within the software development or product lifecycle to improve efficiency or quality
- Strong experience creating process documentation, requirements documentation, and reports
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or functional requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create and maintain internal and external documentation
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience implementing or supporting Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience working on web platforms or digital content environments
