IMR Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a manufacturing client leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This hands-on role focuses on enhancements, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on Salesforce enhancements and maintenance across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and translate needs into implementable solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, schedulers, and Queueable jobs, including strong unit test coverage
- Build and support Lightning UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (as needed)
- Configure and maintain declarative functionality including Validation Rules, Lightning Flows, and related configuration
- Support Experience Cloud implementations (customer/partner portals), including enhancements and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/Web APIs and related tools (including P2P or third-party/middleware tools as applicable)
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs
- Support data migration, extraction, and cleanup activities using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
- Collaborate with a distributed delivery team to ensure clear documentation, smooth handoffs, and timely updates throughout the work lifecycle
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of Salesforce application development and platform maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on experience with: Apex (classes, triggers, async processing: schedulers/Queueable) and test classes
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.)
- Experience Cloud (community/partner portals)
- Integrations using REST/Web APIs and related tooling
- Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
- Reports and dashboards
- Experience using Salesforce development toolkits and utilities, including VS Code, Force.com IDE, migration tools, etc
- Working knowledge of core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery (as applicable)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps / CI/CD practices (e.g., Git-based deployments, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Experience supporting production environments with SLAs, incident response, and ongoing optimization
- Background supporting manufacturing or service operations processes
