Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Salem Infotech, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while collaborating with architects and business analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs
• Implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud or Public Sector (PS) Foundations including OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards)
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce features and integrations
• Write unit tests and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliable deployments
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews
• Support the PMO team and end users by resolving technical issues and answering queries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System
• Knowledge of Health Cloud or Salesforce Public Sector solutions with OmniStudio
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to explain technical solutions to leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and take ownership of solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Salesforce Developer Certification
