Senior Tech Program Manager - Security

Ladders is seeking a Senior Tech Program Manager - Security to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role involves driving high-impact security initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic goals into actionable program delivery plans
• Design and adjust the program's operating rhythms as needed
• Set and maintain delivery tempo to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead decision-making sessions with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve risks or decision gaps proactively
• Enhance communication and tooling to reduce friction and boost visibility

Requirements:

• 8+ years leading high-stakes technical programs in complex environments
• Experience in regulated, high-security settings and with security frameworks
• Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify complex project goals
• Strong understanding of engineering decision-making and technical architecture
• Proven communication skills tailored to various stakeholders
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM are valued but not required
