Arc Compute designs and deploys software-defined, 100% GPU-enabled AI infrastructure. The Junior Sales Hardware Executive will be responsible for pipeline development, sales process support, customer engagement, market research, and internal collaboration to drive GPU infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research organizations scaling AI infrastructure
- Generate outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
- Support account mapping across enterprises, AI startups, and data center operators
- Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales executives and leadership
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing models, and infrastructure solutions
- Support qualification of new opportunities and early-stage technical conversations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to gather solution details and specifications
- Maintain CRM records and track deal progression in HubSpot
- Participate in discovery calls with prospects evaluating GPU infrastructure
- Help communicate Arc’s value proposition around performance, cost optimization, and dedicated compute ownership
- Follow up with prospects, gather requirements, and support deal progression
- Track developments in the AI infrastructure, GPU, and data center ecosystem
- Research companies expanding AI workloads or repatriating cloud workloads
- Monitor industry trends in GPU hardware, HPC clusters, and AI compute demand
- Work closely with senior sales leaders to support strategic infrastructure deals
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams during solution development
- Contribute to pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
