Responsibilities:
- Maintaining proper food handling and safety techniques, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchens, loading docks, and utility spaces
- Assisting with receiving deliveries and verifying inventory, completing daily and weekly checklists, and proactively addressing health, safety, and security concerns
- Greeting guests warmly and providing exceptional customer service is a core part of your role, along with resolving any guest issues promptly and professionally
- Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing your enthusiasm and supporting your colleagues
- Being vigilant for hazards, reporting safety concerns to management, and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and safety required to operate smoothly and efficiently
