Staff Product Designer

Agility Consulting International is a consulting firm specializing in Lean, Kanban, and Agile methodologies. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer for a short-term engagement to assess and improve the overall user experience of their product by evaluating usability and delivering design recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a holistic review of the current product experience, including workflows, navigation, and UI patterns
• Evaluate product usability, interaction design, and information architecture
• Identify key friction points, usability issues, and opportunities to improve the user journey
• Translate insights into improved user flows and interface concepts
• Create wireframes and design concepts for priority areas of the product
• Provide recommendations for improving product consistency, clarity, and usability
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical and implementation-ready
• Help establish or refine design principles and product experience guidelines where needed
• Present findings and design recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product redesign or UX improvement projects
• Experience improving complex applications, SaaS platforms, or data-driven products
• Strong ability to translate product strategy into clear UX solutions
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
• Experience working on AI-driven or data-centric products
• Experience contributing to or improving design systems
• Familiarity with product analytics and UX research insights
