Senior Product Designer

Plot is a company that transforms social videos into actionable insights. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the product and design culture, focusing on quality and innovation in AI-first workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Help raise the bar on quality while keeping the momentum that made Plot successful
• Shape a product that adapts to different roles, use cases, and ways of working
• Design AI-first workflows that feel obvious, useful, and trustworthy
• Designing core product experiences from early concepts to shipped features
• Defining and evolving Plot’s design patterns, systems, and practices
• Raising the bar for visual craft, interaction quality, and polish
• Partnering closely with engineers to ship thoughtful, high-quality work
• Talking directly to customers – joining calls, observing workflows, and translating needs into product decisions
• Prototyping quickly to explore ideas, test assumptions, and make things real
• Occasionally helping tell the story through decks, docs, or visuals
