ICONMA is a Health Insurance company seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Reston, VA/Hybrid location. The role involves coordinating with internal clients and teams to launch and enhance digital products, managing product maturity, and identifying new customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance digital products. Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across network of partners
- Manages and updates Product Maturity , Issues/Action Items/Risks, Installation Checklist, and Value Delivery
- Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the product team
- Manages all aspects of implementation including ordering applicable equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with and supporting of account creation, managing communications, and reconciling inventory upon completion
- Ensures and drives deliverables to completion per the implementation schedule
- Conducts training for customers
Requirements:
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Education Details: Business Management or related field
- Experience: 10 years experience in a leadership roles with 3+ years in a product management capacity
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
