ModusLink is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Fusion to lead the Business Systems Analysis function. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and guiding the organization through the transition from SAP to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and professional development to a team of Business Systems Analysts
- Own end-to-end business process analysis supporting supply chain, logistics, finance, customer onboarding, and operational workflows
- Lead Oracle Cloud Fusion functional solution design and configuration across modules including Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management and Finance
- Translate business requirements into clear functional designs, ensuring alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise architecture standards
- Oversee functional configuration, design reviews, and solution validation in partnership with technical and integration teams
- Manage functional work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation for the team
- Partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and milestone tracking
- Establish and maintain functional governance, standards, and continuous improvement practices
- Provide input into project estimations, solution scoping, and delivery planning in support of business initiatives
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud Fusion releases, emerging capabilities, and industry’s best practices
Requirements:
