Cyquent, Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior RPA Business Analyst to improve business efficiency through automation and technology. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess automation opportunities across business functions
Document current (as-is”) and future (to-be”) process workflows
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
Support RPA development through functional specifications and UAT coordination
Measure automation performance and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–3 years of experience analysing and improving business processes
Exposure to RPA and AI-driven automation concepts
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
