Agile Business Analyst + Scrum Master (Entry Level Remote Role)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate basic Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for small development teams
• Assist in backlog grooming by documenting simple user stories and acceptance criteria from stakeholder input
• Support business analysis tasks, such as gathering entry-level requirements through interviews and creating process flows or basic diagrams
• Remove minor team impediments and promote Agile best practices to foster collaboration
• Track sprint progress using tools like Jira or Trello and report basic metrics to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Entry-level: 0-1 year experience
• Strong communication skills for remote team interactions via Zoom/Slack
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro for Agile workflows
• Basic understanding of user story mapping and requirements elicitation
• Excellent organizational skills and a passion for continuous improvement in fast-paced settings
• Ability to thrive remotely with self-motivation
