JagCo Automation is an industrial automation integrator specializing in robotics and custom manufacturing solutions. The Technical Sales Specialist will focus on industrial automation solutions, helping manufacturers improve productivity and efficiency while building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers throughout Southern California
- Identify and pursue automation opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Lead discovery discussions to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop automation concepts and proposals
- Support sales of automation systems and smart assembly solutions
- Support Atlas Copco fastening and assembly technologies when applicable
- Maintain a strong pipeline of automation opportunities ranging from $250K to $5M+ projects
- Execute territory business plans and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Deliver technical presentations and solution proposals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle
