Esphera Capital is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to oversee the construction and execution of the company's project management system. This role involves ensuring strategic projects are completed on time and within budget while promoting standardized processes and resource coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's overall project management strategy and framework
- Establish and optimize the Project Management Office (PMO) processes, tools, and standards
- Promote the implementation of project management best practices within the organization
- Responsible for the overall progress of the company's key projects, strategic projects, and cross-departmental projects
- Monitor project progress, budget, resources, and quality control
- Provide project decision-making advice to the senior management team at key milestones
- Manage the company's project portfolio, ensuring resource allocation aligns with company strategy
- Evaluate the business value and feasibility of new projects
- Dynamically adjust project priorities
- Coordinate project resources across product, technology, operations, sales, and finance departments
- Resolve cross-team communication and execution issues during project implementation
- Ensure efficient collaboration among project teams
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Establish project quality control standards and review mechanisms
- Ensure project deliverables meet company and client requirements
- Establish project KPIs. Performance Evaluation System
- Report project progress regularly to the CEO/COO or senior management team
- Optimize project execution efficiency through data analysis
- Lead project managers, project supervisors, and project support teams
- Develop training plans to improve the team's project management capabilities
- Establish an efficient, results-oriented project management culture
- Participate in the company's strategic planning and major business transformation projects
- Provide professional advice on project implementation to senior management decisions
- Drive the implementation of innovative projects or new businesses
Requirements:
- Over 20 years of project management experience, including over 10 years of team management experience
- Experience in managing large-scale or multinational projects
- Familiar with project management methodologies (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering management, business administration, information technology, or a related field
