Responsibilities:
- Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their go-to expert
- Identify opportunities for our HR consulting/Recruiting services that meet client needs
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and propose actionable solutions
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of our service offerings
- Participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance our brand presence
- Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while fostering positive client relationships
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR consulting, professional services, or related fields
- A proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills that resonate with diverse audiences
- A passion for understanding clients' unique recruiting/hiring needs and challenges
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of HR practices and recruiting solutions is a plus!
