Employvision Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Mid-Market Account Manager to help customers grow and succeed with their platform. The role involves managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and fostering long-term partnerships while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strong customer relationships and expansion opportunities
- Manage the renewal lifecycle, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and customers remain engaged
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer goals
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to create a seamless customer journey
- Track customer health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities for growth
- Manage a large portfolio of mid-market accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Account Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing 100+ accounts at once
- Experience working with ACVs between $10K–$100K
- Background in Account Management plus Customer Success or Account Executive roles
- Strong track record of renewals, upsells, and revenue expansion
- Experience using Salesforce and Stripe
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced SaaS environments
- Based in the United States
- Open to an Individual Contributor role
- Demonstrated career growth and strong tenure in previous roles
