Longbridge Financial is a leading provider of home equity solutions for seniors, committed to helping older homeowners make the most of their home equity. The Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) will create sales opportunities by answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls to potential customers regarding the reverse mortgage program.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Initiate outbound calls
- Create interest in reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
- Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
- Create appointments for follow up
- Mail information packets to customers
- Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone
- Customer service background
- Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
- Mortgage industry knowledge
- Organized, performance driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual a plus
